Awning pickup and deliveries prices vary on the distance required. On average, but not limited to ranges from $75 to $150.
HOISTING AWNING…-$150 per story. $150 to move awning to raised deck.
DISPOSAL….$150 Awning removal and disposal charges for any existing awning at install location.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M OK FOR A BRICK INSTALL?
It is highly recommended that brick installations have at least 5 to 10 bricks above the awning installation. If there less than 5 brick above the awning installation, the brick mortar will crack and the brick will come loose from the wall.
Questionable BRICK installs.
It is NOT recommended to install on the top level bricks.
Here are a few solutions:
1. BEST SOLUTION: install under SOFFIT.
2. The SECOND SOLUTION: install on ROOF.
3. LAST RESORT, install an awning on a BACKERBOARD. The BACKERBOARD must be installed in the wall frame (the studs). *Note this is not an easy thing to do and may require *several explorational pilot holes.
4. VERY LAST RESORT, install awning through the BRICKS and directly into studs using long LAGBOLTS.

WOOD INSTALL 101
< WOOD INSTALLS>, this will require, the wood to have a thickness of 4 inches or more for the installation lag bolt to fasten.
WOOD INSTALLS include:
1. “Headers” found in an A-Frame roof truss.
2. Wood built sheds or outdoor bars.
3. Some pergolas.
CONCRETE INSTALLS
are very flexible installs. The concrete must be at least 4 to 5 inches thick.

SHOULD I HAVE A ROOF MOUNT? OR A SOFFIT MOUNT INSTALLATION?
Which one do I get?
1. *RULE of THUMB: Only get a roof mount as the last resort.
2. Only get a ROOF mount awning, if your SOFFIT mounted awning will be to low. A roof mount awning will give your installation more height if you don’t have available with a soffit mount installation.
3. ROOF MOUNTS ARE SAFE, done correctly, there actually very little chances of water damage. However, Soffit mount is just a cleaner install and structurally stronger.
